We repair Japanese products from PLC's to pumps. We have the items repaired by ONLY the maker no third part repair houses. We actually send the items back to Japan to be evaluated for repair and obtain an estimate. This insures the items are repaired to the maker's strict guidelines and are certified. The best part of our service is the speed. We ship the items for repair the next day after we receive the item and typically we have the estimate of repair within one week. Compare that to our competitor's normal turn around of 6-8 weeks!
